Welding positioners PP30 and SP50

These positioners will be a great benefit to our company and a further step forward in welding quality, positioning larger welded components, but especially in creating better and safer working conditions for our employees.

1. Welding pantographic three-axis positioner PP30

Positioner with unlimited table rotation and load capacity of 3000 kg on a 1500 mm arm, table tilting in the range of 0–100° using hydraulic cylinders, lifting using hydraulic cylinders – lower table position 980 mm, upper table position 1,675 mm. Smooth speed regulation of the table using a frequency converter (in the range of approximately 0.1–1.4 rpm) and START–STOP system for continuous welding on the table.

2. Welding positioner SP50

Positioner with unlimited arm rotation 0–360° and load capacity of 3500 kg, arm and table rotation using a radial-axial bearing driven by an electric motor, arm lifting using hydraulic cylinders – cylinder drive from a fixed hydraulic unit powered by an electric motor, positioner arm adjusted to 2,500 mm – maximum diameter of the welded component 5,000 mm, lift adjusted to 1,800 mm (in the range of approximately 700–2,500 mm).
