Due to the high requirements of our customers for bending precision, our company has decided to purchase a completely new device from the manufacturer HACO.
In line with increasing production efficiency and welding quality, we have decided to purchase and thereby add two new types of welding positioners to the production process.
At the beginning of July 2023, our company began operations in a new assembly hall with an area of almost 700 m2, which also connects the two original production halls.
Due to the enormous increase in production requirements for dividing materials, UNIMONT – VMS decided to purchase the third EasyCut 6001.20 PG CNC cutting machine from the Slovak manufacturer MicroStep®. The cutting device has already been installed and material dividing started at the beginning of June 2023.
The company UNIMONT – VMS, s.r.o. increases precision in production by opening a new workplace for machining. The purchase of a new WFT 13 R CNC horizontal boring machine with a T20 rotary table and a clamping plate measuring 1800x2600 mm will relieve existing machining machines, increase production capacity and open up new production possibilities.
Our company has on 31.05. – 02.06.2022 participated in the leading world fair for the management of water, waste water, waste, processing of secondary raw materials and maintenance of roads.
During 2021, our company carried out the reconstruction and repair of the external production premises of hall No. 1, the reconstruction of the gatehouse and entrance areas to the company premises.
