HACO Euromaster Press Brake
Due to the high requirements of our customers for bending precision, our company has decided to purchase a completely new device from the manufacturer HACO.
CNC hydraulic press brake EMS36320 is of a very strong welded monoblock construction type. The drive of the pressing slide is ensured by two hydraulic cylinders mounted on the side walls.
Synchronization of the left and right side is ensured by the CNC system. Automatic compensation of natural frame deformations is realized by special mounting of position sensors with measurement from the fixed part of the table with feedback to the synchro-system. Pressing force 3200 kN and working length 3600 mm. Positioning accuracy of the rear stop in X axis (depth of rear stop) +/- 0.1 mm and positioning accuracy of the ram in Y1 axis and Y2 axis (ram) +/- 0.01 mm.
Hydraulic upper clamping WILA PREMIUM with load 250ton/m, lower WILA PREMIUM including CNC bombirung table 250ton/m 4-axis rear stop X-R-Z1-Z2.
